All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All payments must be made in Pounds sterling.

All item prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of our delivery charges our found in our "Delivery" section below.

Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.

Delivery
The following postage and packing charges apply:
United Kingdom
Orders under £50 attract a delivery charge of either £2.99 or 10% of order total, whichever is higher unless otherwise stated.

Returns
Although Retail Therapy Television does not purchase or hold stock, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you decide you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, we will arrange for you to send it back to the supplier's address within 14 days unused, and in its original condition. We will then provide you with a complete refund for that item less our postage costs. If returning a product, please contact us first on the email address below for further instructions.

If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of postage.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify Retail Therapy Television within seven working days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the item exchanged.

What information do we need to process an order?
For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. We will never hold your credit or debit card details.

Errors and Omissions
Retail Therapy Television reserves the right to discontinue or change products and/or prices on the website without prior notice. Errors in advertised prices are not binding and may be adjusted at any time.

We endeavour to ship items as quickly as possible, and UK orders will usually be dispatched within 4 working days. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

Data Protection
The data provided by our customers is stored on a secure server. We do not require any personal information that is not necessary to complete your purchase. For this reason, we only store name, address and contact details. Retail Therapy Television understands the value of privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and to offer you a more personalised shopping experience.

We do not sell mailing lists to other organisations, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals except in the course of fulfilling your order via the supplier. All personal details are stored on a secure server.
